Open Development Positions

Senior Software Engineer

We have an opening for a seasoned SaaS Software Engineer to become a key contributor to growing and maturing an exciting product. Deep experience of the entire SaaS SDLC from early design alongside product management all the way to advanced understanding of SRE concepts and everything in between.

Location: Fully Remote!

Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years engineering and architecting web based SaaS solutions.

  • Extensive experience with backend web/api development (NodeJS preferred).

  • Extensive SQL and/or noSQL experience. History of deep involvement with the data layer of projects.

  • Data model design, query writing, data caching, data migrations, materializations, ORMs and BI layers: ETL systems, OLAP databases, etc.

  • REST APIs and JSON as an API payload and data storage format.

  • Messaging systems and their use within a non-monolithic application architecture.

  • Websockets or other real time communication methodologies.

  • Experience with one or more automated testing frameworks. Both unit level and complete end to end tests driving real or headless browsers.

  • Experience or exposure to performance and availability monitoring at both the code and infrastructure levels.

Help Desk Customer Support On-Call

Full-time Help Desk Customer Support On-Call

The Help Desk Customer Support On-Call position reports to the Technical Implementation & Customer Support Lead and is part of the Customer Success Team. The successful applicant will work collaboratively across organizations and be responsible for:

  • On-Call Support: Be available for customer support during the designated on-call hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, and occasional weekends or holidays).
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to the XFERALL SaaS platform, helping customers to navigate and solve their problems effectively.
  • Documentation: Accurately document support interactions and troubleshooting steps in the customer support system (Zendesk).
  • Escalation: Escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
    Administrative Support: Assist the Customer Success Team with administrative tasks related to new market launch preparation, such as organizing documents, compiling reports, gathering and confirming customer contact information, and streamlining internal processes.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all features and updates of the XFERALL platform to effectively assist customers.

Location: Fully Remote!

Experience Needed:

  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
    Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a solutions-driven approach.

  • Availability for the on-call hours specified (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, and occasional weekends or holidays).

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Experience handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

  • Quick learner with strong competencies in computer, internet, CRM (Salesforce and Zendesk a plus), and various office applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, etc.)

Senior Healthcare Sales Executive

Full-time SaaS Senior Healthcare Sales Executive

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Growth Sales Executive at XFERALL that requires minimal travel, work/life balance, competitive pay and opportunities is for growth all while making a positive impact to improve healthcare. The Growth Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market reach that connects community providers, crisis teams and hospitals together for a better care coordination system. These roles require strategic mindset and leadership as we approach and expand our impact nationally. Day-to-day tasks include cultivating relationships with customers, partners, prospecting new clients and helping customers through their buyers’ journey while partnering with Client Success team for high impact value / adoption.

Location: Fully Remote!

Experience Needed:

  • 8+ years of healthcare technology experience, SaaS technology preferred

  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and revenue goals

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
